Planning is underway for the 41st Annual Ridgely Middle School PTA Craft Fair and Silent Auction! This year the fair will be on Saturday November 12th from 10am to 3pm. RMS PTA is excited to be back inside after the last 2 years in the parking lot. We appreciate everyone that was able to hang in there with us when we pivoted to keep this beloved community event going.

Vendor Cost: $75 per 10’x6

In the ‘2022 Vendor Application’ above, you have the 1)Vendor Contract 2) Liability Waiver 3) Terms and Conditions. The Vendor Contract and Liability Waiver need to be completed and sent back via email to ridgelymiddlepta@gmail.com  

Payment is ONLY accepted thru Memberhub https://ridgelymiddlepta.memberhub.store/store/items/739562.
Payment is acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions 

Payment, Contract, and Waivers are required in advance to participate.

 New Vendors: In order to maintain the integrity of the homemade craft, we are requiring photos (of examples) of the items you will have in your booth. Email photos to ridgelymiddlepta@gmail.com with your contact information. You will receive a message back via email of your eligibility.

Confirmation notices will be sent to vendors by email. Our returning vendors are especially important to us. Please be sure to indicate clearly on your contract if your contact information has changed. If you know of other crafters that may be interested in participating, feel free to share this with them.
